Day 1

The countdown begins. I'll be logging msot of my days of losing 30 pounds before I'm 30, right here on my blog. I'll log everything I eat in that day, and will be updating it during the day. Help me Rhonda!!

BREAKFAST:
* Nada. I'm a huge advocate for eating breakfast, but I woke up late and headed out for an early lunch date with a girlfriend. Breakfast wasn't in the plans this morning.

LUNCH@11pm:
* Cheddar's chicken tortilla soup (bowl)
* Coffee w/ half & half and sugar (5 tsp because I had a cup and a half of coffee)

SNACK @1pm:
* Medium Green Tea from Sonic. Look, I'm very sure it's junky green tea, as in, has all kinds of preservatives. I kind of hate Sonic (yeah, I said it) and there green tea drink sucked, but I needed something to get me through class.

SNACK @ 3pm:
* Tapioca pudding cup. This one was also kind of junkie but I love me some tapioca!!

SNACK @ 5pm (Just cause I had a massive craving for cereal.):
* Cascadian Farms Organic wheat squares (think organic cinnamon toast crunch)
* 1C 2% milk

DINNER @ 6pm:
* 2 Falaffels
* 1/2 whole grain pita bread
* 1 TBS organic ranch dressing
