On Sundays we usually go to my mother in laws house, where we get spoiled rotten and filled with yummy home cooked food! The only problem with that is portion control. I always love the food, but I don't always know the calories, so it can be difficult to count them on days like today. Regardless, I try to save Sundays as a sort of "free day" where I limit my portion (or not, sometimes) and just keep my calorie count at more of an estimate.
Today though, we had something I will not only be duplicating, but also requesting my mother in law make me for my birthday meal! It was soooo good! She basically duplicated chipotle, but it was somehow way better. Yes you read that correctly, way better!
BREAKFAST @ 9am:
* chocolate oatmeal
* hot tazo passion tea
LUNCH @ 1pm:
* brown rice (with lime juice)
* lettuce
* pinto beans (canned)
* guacamole (avacados, lime juice, sour cream, seasoning salt)
* chicken breasts
* fruit (blueberries, kiwi, nectarines)
YUM. It was freaking amazing, to be blunt.
DINNER @ 7:30pm:
* Double Dave's whole wheat medium veggie pizza (2 slices)
