Sugar is OBVIOUSLY my downfall. I say, "obviously" because it's always my weakness, but it doesn't poke it's ugly head in my business until I'm trying to cut back. By that, I think I just mean that it's not so obvious when I'm not watching what I eat, but it sure is plainly obvious when I am trying to cut back a little. And it sucks. Badly.
By sucks, I mean. SUCKS. Sorry for the all caps, but now you know I mean business! I could just cut all sugar out, but I think I'd go insane. Plus, I'd like to use myself as a living example that you can in fact eat things like sugar, pasta, butter, bread, and olive oil and lose weight. You just have to keep a good balance of fruit and vegetables, or that's my belief anyway.
