Day 2 (30 x 30 Challenge)

So things are okay so far. I mean, as in, I could devour an entire cow, 1,200 cookies, 5 gallons of ice cream, and maybe a giant jug of sweet tea. Other than that, I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything food related.

Mmmm, ice cream!

And let's face it. When you're trying to do the eat healthier/moderation is key thing again, you can have ice cream, cookies, cow, and even sweet tea, but is it really worth the calories? Heck no! I'll end up starving by 3pm, which let's face it, happens most days anyway.

Eating the right stuff is key. I need to throw in some more nuts, salads (since I looooove a certain kind of dressing I often make, but have been too lazy to mess with), fish, and even chicken. As for now, I'll eat what's in the pantry and fridge. As for now, I'll starve. I'm joking.. I hope!

When trying to eat better (and eat less), I try to stick with the basics. Real food, filling food, and tasty food. In the end, I'm much more satisfied, filled up, and don't crave sugar as often. Sugar... mmmmmmm, sugar!!! Sorry...
